Home Care Partners of Florida was established in Boca Raton to help service our community.  After watching our own family members experience the need for in home assistance we found we had a true passion for helping people, especially those who need it most . With over 12 years of experience in home health services, we have learned that the way you treat people matters.   That's why our motto is "We Treat your Family Like Our Family".
